Meet Dr. Parkes
Dr. K.B. Parkes is committed to making the world a better place by improving the lives of his patients through excellent dentistry. He feels blessed by the opportunity to provide a positive influence to the people in his life, as his passion in dentistry is being able to talk to people and help them solve their dental problems. Growing up in a family of dentists, Dr. Parkes knew from a very young age that practicing dentistry was an excellent way to serve others. His goal is to be grateful for life and every single person that comes into his life each day.

He regards continuing education very seriously in order to offer his patients access to the highest quality care. He constantly researches new technology and dental techniques to find the best available materials. To do so, he is active in several professional study clubs including:

Outside the Office
Dr. Parkes is a native of Nashville, Tennessee, and is proud to call this community home. He enjoys all outdoor activities and loves to spend time with family, friends, and Suki, his dog. He has always been passionate about sports; primarily his interests are golf and football. Most of all, Dr. Parkes enjoys laughing with his wife, Blair, who has a hilarious sense of humor.
Dr. Parkes is very grateful for his community, and he loves opportunities to help this area stay truly great. He believes Nashville is a special community, and he wants to be a positive influence here so it continues to flourish and be the unique place it is. Dr. Parkes volunteers his professional services for the Interfaith Dental Clinic and coaches football for fifth and sixth graders at Oak Hill School. He also serves on the Montgomery Bell Academy Alumni Board, and other councils and committees for Cheekwood and the Tennessee State Museum.
