Lisa

Office Manager

Lisa's main duties are handling all aspects of our patients’ dental insurance. She handles everything from verification and filing, to following up and entering payments. She also assists with general office duties such as scheduling appointments, presenting treatment plans, and discussing financial options. Lisa loves her job; this is truly the best working environment that she could ever imagine. Our doctors, her coworkers, and our patients have all made it a great place to be!

Lisa loves music, sports, and traveling. She has lived in three very different parts of the country: Chicago, Albuquerque, and Nashville, so she has lots of amazing friends whom she likes to visit as often as she can!

Julia

Patient and Marketing Coordinator

Julia assists our patients with all their appointment scheduling needs, answers patient questions, takes care of all our advertising needs, and acts as a liaison between our office and referring doctors. She enjoys many parts of her job, but takes special pride in knowing that when she schedules patients or helps them with any number of things, they will be taken care of by excellent doctors and an excellent staff. Julia feels privileged to work with such compassionate and capable doctors.

At home, Julia loves spending time with her family, especially her daughter and grandson. She also enjoys reading, travelling, walking for exercise, and playing with her two very large dogs.

Mileah

Registered Dental Hygienist

Mileah's daily duties are to help improve or maintain the oral health of our patients, along with helping out in any other areas of the office as needed. She loves spending time with her patients, not only to improve their dental health, but to get to know them on a personal level as well. Mileah always looks forward to seeing her patients and catching up like old friends.

Mileah moved to Nashville in 2007 to be with the love of her life, and has recently felt that love grow to new depths with the arrival of their first child. She enjoys spending time with her new little family, and with all the friends they have met along the way. 

Amber

Financial Coordinator

Amber’s daily duties include coordinating all aspects of the front office, educating our patients on financial options to best suit their lifestyle, and assisting patients with treatment and payment plans. She loves interacting with patients who are not too fond of going to the dentist, and helping to make their visit a fun, happy experience. Amber appreciates the kindness, honesty, and care that our dentists provide, and feels truly blessed to be a part of this practice.

Amber is a North Carolina girl at heart. She loves traveling the world, snuggling with her pit bull, and being a Nashville tour guide to all her family and friends who get to come and visit!

Ashley

Registered Dental Assistant

Ashley’s responsibilities include just about everything, from taking X-rays, assisting doctors, and making and pouring impressions to answering phones when needed. Working with our doctors is a great experience for Ashley because they love their work, and are respectful to everyone on the team.  

Ashley has a love of dogs, exhibited by the four boxers she has at home. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her young son.

Christina

Registered Dental Hygienist

Christina’s duties include patient education and instruction on the care of their teeth and gums, prevention of dental decay and periodontal disease, and providing routine dental cleanings and X-rays. She strives each day to make every dental visit fun and exciting, especially for our youngest of patients.

Christina is happily married with a daughter and a son. Her free time is spent with her wonderful family

Lea

Registered Dental Assistant

Lea works alongside Dr. Waltemath with all aspects of patient care and has been a proud member of our team since 1983. Lea also handles all of our dental supply ordering.  Her bright personality helps to put all our patients at ease, and we’ve been very lucky to have Lea on our staff for so long.

Outside the office, Lea enjoys being with her nieces and nephews. She also is passionate about the fall, football season, and her cat, Lucy.

Liz

Registered Dental Hygienist

Liz’s duties include educating patients on oral hygiene, and cleaning and maintaining the oral health of each patient she meets. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with patients and getting to know them on a personal level.

Liz considers herself to be a very blessed woman. She has three amazing sons, a wonderful husband, lots of wonderful friends, and an ideal work place. Liz loves to exercise, read, and travel. She is also on the board at the YMCA and volunteers in the metro schools.

Sheila

Registered Dental Assistant

Sheila is an integral part of our office who assists doctors, performs ZOOM!® Whitening procedures, acts as a liaison between the office and labs, and keeps supplies orderly and stocked. She enjoys getting to work one-on-one with our patients, getting to know something about them as a person, not only as a patient. Sheila also enjoys working in our great family environment.

Sheila has been married since 1988. Her husband, Clay, is a pastor at a local Baptist church. They have one daughter, Jamie, who attends Union University and is working on her degree in Early Childhood Development. They also have two spoiled dogs. Sheila loves spending time with her family, even if they are just hanging out, talking, and laughing together.

Mary

Registered Dental Hygienist

Mary’s duties include performing teeth cleaning, assessing periodontal condition with appropriate treatment, taking X-rays, and patient education. She enjoys establishing a solid relationship with patients, earning their trust while improving all aspects of their health and wellness.

Mary is originally from Owensboro, KY, but has lived in Nashville for 20 years. She went to school at Western Kentucky University, graduating in 1985. Mary recently married a wonderful man and they both love to travel and follow their beloved Kentucky Wildcats.

Amanda

Registered Dental Hygienist

Amanda is a newer member of our office and enjoys being a part of our fabulous team. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with patients to ensure each individual obtains optimal oral health.

Originally from Watertown, TN, Amanda recently married the love of her life, James, and moved to Lebanon where they purchased their first home. She spends her spare time with her family and friends and enjoys scrapbooking, yoga, and adventures with her husband.
